the immune system and increases the efficiency of our white blood cells to
fight infections.

also a great source of antioxidant called Sulforaphane and lutein and
phytochemical like carotenoids, hence makes it a super food and very important
immune booster. The nutrient content of broccoli is immense, also a rich source
