Ingredients 

  • 1 cup of frozen mix berries                          
  • ½  Ripe banana 
  • 1 tsp flax seeds
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 2 chopped dates
  • ¼  Cup almond milk
  • Few Walnuts, Blue berries and pumpkin seeds for garnish 


Directions

Place everything in the blender and blend until smooth. Pour in glass and garnish with walnuts, blue berries and pumpkin seeds.
