Easy Veggie Taco





Method:
Sautee black bean, onion, kale and spinach separately in one tsp of oil for 2-3 mins. After Sautee add everything together and add salt and organic seasoning according to taste. Chop the bell peppers, lettuce, tomato and mash the avocado. Heat the Taco at 425* C for 3 mins. Then layer with sautéd veggies, chopped veggies, avocado, sour cream and enjoyyyy…….
