Come join WOW’s next virtual session with Nadia Szeinbaum, a certified SKY breath meditation trainer and Priti Manmode, a certified yoga and SKY breath meditation instructor to learn some effective and simple tools to manage stress. Stress is a physiological response of our body in response to meet the extended demand for energy. We will be discussing how our brain, emotions and breath are connected and how we can energize our bodies using simple but effective breathing techniques to reduce stress and relax.
