Soaked lentils for 4-6 hours.Boil it separatly in pressure cooker for 4-5 whistles.  Saute ginger, onions, tomatoes, for 5 minutes in a separate pan in ghee. Transfer the cooked lentil in the pan and add coriander powder, cumin powder, chilli powder, garam masala, dry mango powder, chaat masala, coriander, and salt to taste.
