OATS, ALMOND BUTTER AND SEEDS BALLS (LADDOOS)

DELICIOUS HEALTHY HIGH PROTEIN SNACK



* 1 1/3 cup toasted roiled oats (toast them in oven for about 7 minutes)

* 2/3 cup peanut/almond butter ( you can make your own almond butter, bake the almonds for about 7 minutes at 350F and then put them in vitamix, keep using the tamper to push the almonds down. Make with at least a cup of almonds else it doesn’t blend well with lesser quantity)

* 2 teaspoons honey (can add more at the end if needed)
* 1/2 cup seeds (sunflower, hemp, pumpkin, etc.)
* 4 chopped dates
* Raisins, chocolate chips, or any other topping -per your liking
* 2 tbsp cocoa powder
* 1 tsp coconut oil

Mix all the ingredients and make a shape of the balls
