- Broccoli
- Mushrooms
- Zucchini
- Bell pepper
- Onion
- ...
Seasonings
- Optional-any herbs, or garlic seasoning, salt and pepper of course.
Salsa
- Your choice
Steps
- Saute or grill all of the veggies individually.
- Add some corns and/or black beans if you like.
- Take a tortilla wrap again of your choice and warm it up on a pan.
- Flip it fill it apply a layer of salsa in it along with veggies.
- Fold and flip again to make it crisp from both the sides.
- Top with guacamole or sour-cream if you like.
- Serve warm and enjoy !!
