FAITH OR FEAR??




IT'S NOT THE DEATH RATES, THE ECONOMY CRASH, OR THE RATE OF SPREAD EVERYONE IS TALKING ABOUT BUT MOSTLY IT IS ABOUT THE FEAR OF
THE UNKNOWN!

If you're like most people that I know that are quarantined, you've already lost track of what day of the week it is. You've lost your daily routine, your commute, and your life in the community. You're already thinking that you're going to lose patience.
Practicing daily meditation will give you centering, structure, hope, positivity and resilience skills. Practice meditation and mindfulness as your daily routine to reduce stress, anxiety and Fear.
Try this technique—
Stress is fear in disguise. Next time you feel stressed, take a deep breath. Go within and ask yourself what it is that you are afraid of. Scan your body and be aware of how you are breathing. Where are you holding tension (fear, stress)).
Breathe, ask yourself what the fear is, then ask "will it help me to feel fearful about this?"
Replace your fear with trust, hope, joy, love. Trust that you are in the most capable hands of all... Universe is going to take care of everything.
