Oats and Banana Pancake

Ingredients 

1 Cup Oat Flour
½ Cup Almond Flour
1 tsp Brown Sugar
Pinch of salt
Pinch of Cinnamon
4 tbsp Yogurt or 2 Eggs
1 Ripe Banana
1 Cup Milk
Butter

Method


  1. Add oat flour, almond flour, brown sugar, pinch of salt, cinnamon, one mashed banana, 4 tbsp yogurt ( if not vegetarian 2 eggs ) and one cup milk.
  2. Mix it well if consistency is too thick add some more milk.
  3. Heat a pan or griddle on medium heat and add ¼ tsp butter. Pour ¼ cup of batter onto the griddle and let it cook until golden brown. Flip it and cook other side too. Serve with maple syrup and garnish with walnuts and raisins or per your taste…..
