HYDRATE
Dehydration is responsible for fatigue and exhaustion. Make
sure your body is sufficiently hydrated throughout the day. Good hydration can
be achieved by water, coconut water, freshly squeezed juice from carrot, green
apple, beets, lemon and romaine lettuce, kombucha and green tea.
WALK
30 minutes walk in nature can be very beneficial to rejuvenate
and boost energy for the entire day. Getting some sun in the morning will also
help to achieve your vitamin D requirement.
Some foods that can give you an energy kick for the day are
foods rich in vitamin B12, bananas, fatty fish, sweet potato, red apple, dark
chocolate, avocado, oatmeal, quinoa, beans, lentil, seeds: pumpkin seeds, chia
seeds and flax seeds.
