How often do you bring awareness towards your breath? Breathing correctly is the first step towards achieving mind-body wellness and core stability.

Jyoti's teaching style encompasses the classical asanas; pranayama-breath awareness and breath training; mindful movements; and systematic relaxation to access a state of deep inner awareness as preparation for meditative practice, and mindfulness meditation.
