If I was asked what is the one thing I cannot do without in
my kitchen – I would say without a doubt its fresh Aloe Vera!
Over the recent years this short stemmed shrub has made
permanent home in my kitchen for its totally amazing benefits and versatile
uses – whether it’s for a smoothie every morning, cuts, scrapes, hair or skin
care – you name it I find myself reaching for fresh Aloe and with good reason.
You may have heard of using aloe for soothing skin or on
cuts and bruises, or even sun burns, but when aloe is taken internally its
potency and effectiveness are magnified. Here are some of its powerful benefits
when taken internally
- Aloe possesses more than 70 trace minerals that work internally to calm inflammation in the gut

very useful for killing off the
pathogens that create colon
cancer, stomach cancer, and
rectal cancer.

- It also has the unique ability to reduce hemorrhoids and stop the growth of polyps,
