RED THAI CURRY


Saute vegetables of your choice like bell peppers onions, mushrooms, celery  carrots and broccoli.
In a bowl add  1 can coconut  milk, 1tbsp soy sauce, 3 tbsp red Thai curry paste, 1tsp palm sugar and beat then well until combined. Add this to your vegetables.
Take 2 tbsp water and add 1 tbsp cornstarch and mix well. Add this slowly to your gravy and cook for additional 2 min.Add tofu cubes and let it simmer for few minutes. Add few fresh basil and your red Thai curry is ready to serve.
